Our cuisine is deeply rooted in the mediterranean coast traditions, playing with influences from Anadolu and other regions of the world.
While deeply inspired by the Aegean life, we also love to both mix in our own old family recipes as well as keep trying new combinations. Thus, our menu is composed of tested classics, modern dishes as well as creative, daily variations. We highly value the peninsula’s local producers and appreciate their efforts by incorparating them into our dishes whenever possible.
